Resení popisuje modifikované polypeptidy se zlepsenou farmakokinetikou. Konkrétne se popisuje pouzití fúzního polypeptidu schopného vázání cévního endotelového rustového faktoru (VEGF) pro výrobu léciva pro lécení ocního onemocnení charakterizovaného cévní permeabilitou, kde fúzní polypeptid sestává z: (a) imunoglobulinu podobné (Ig) domény 2 prvního VEGF receptoru a Ig domény 3 druhého VEGF receptoru； a (b) multimerizacní slozky, pricemz prvním VEGF receptorem je Flt1, druhým VEGF receptorem je Flk1 nebo Flt4, a první a druhou VEGF receptorovou slozkou jsou pouze VEGF receptorové slozky fúzního polypeptidu.In the present invention, there are described modified polypeptides with improved pharmacokinetics, more precise there is described a fusion polypeptide being capable of binding vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) for the preparation of a medicament intended for treating an eye disease characterized by vascular permeability wherein the fusion polypeptide of the present invention consists of: (a) immunoglobulin-like (Ig) domain 2 of the first VEGF receptor and IG domain 3 of the second VEGF receptor； and (b) a multimerizing component wherein the first VEGF receptor is Flt1, the second VEGF receptor is Flk1 or Flt4, and the first and the second VEGF receptor components are VEGF receptor components of a fusion protein, only.
