The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) tissue regeneration method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a 3D tissue regeneration method which comprises the following steps: (1) providing a polymeric thin film support； (2) applying heat, vacuum, or pressure to the polymeric thin film support in a mold which has a desirable molding patterns so as to mold the thin film support； (3) culturing cells on the molded thin film support for adhesion； and (4) stacking the cell-adhered molded thin film support so as to form desired 3D tissues. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a scaffold for 3D tissue regeneration.본 발명은 3차원 조직재생 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 1) 고분자 박막 지지체를 제공하는 단계； 2) 목적하는 성형용 패턴을 가지는 몰드 하에서 상기 고분자 박막 지지체에 열, 진공 혹은 압력을 가하여 박막 지지체를 성형하는 단계； 3) 성형된 박막 지지체에 세포를 배양하여 부착시키는 단계； 및 4) 목적하는 3차원 조직이 형성될 수 있도록 세포가 부착된 성형된 박막 지지체를 적층하는 단계를 포함하는, 3차원 조직재생 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 3차원 조직재생을 위한 스캐폴드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
