A process for producing a composition comprising a water insoluble tryptane is described in the steps: a) providing a mixture comprising i) a water insoluble tryptane, ii) a water soluble carrier and iii) a solvent for each tryptane and vehicle, and b) spray drying the mixture remove the solvent or each solvent and obtain a substantially solvent-free nanodispersion of the tryptan in the vehicle.PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS. Descreve-se um processo para a produção de uma composição compreendendo um triptano insolúvel em água com as etapas: a) proporcionar uma mistura compreendendo i) um triptano insolúvel em água, ii) um veículo hidrossolúvel e iii) um solvente para cada u dente triptano e veículo, e b) secagem por pulverização da mistura remover o solvente ou cada solvente e obter uma nanodispersão substancialmente isenta de solvente do triptano no veículo.
