PURPOSE: A near infrared spectroscopy detection system, an apparatus having the same system, and a method for controlling the same apparatus are provided to obtain accurate bio-information through motion correction using an acceleration signal from an acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION: A near infrared spectroscopy detection system(10) comprises a unit housing(100), a detection unit(200), and a unit controller(300). The detection unit and the unit controller are arranged in the unit housing. The detection unit includes a near infrared sensor(210) for spectroscopy detection using infrared rats. The near infrared sensor comprises a light source part(211) and a detection part(213) including an acceleration sensor(220).본 발명은, 유니트 하우징과, 근적외선을 피검체의 피검 부위로 출사하는 광원부 및 상기 피검 부위로부터 투과 반사된 광을 검출하는 검출부를 구비하는 근적외선 센서부 및 피검체의 운동 상태를 감지하는 가속도 센서부를 구비하고, 상기 유니트 하우징에 배치되는 감지부와, 상기 유니트 하우징에 배치되고 상기 감지부와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 감지부에 감지 제어 신호를 인가하고 상기 근적외선 센서부로부터 분광 신호 및 상기 가속도 센서부로부터 가속도 신호를 포함하는 감지 신호를 전달받는 유니트 제어부를 구비하는 근적외선 분광 검출 유니트, 이를 구비하는 장치 및 장치의 제어 방법을 제공한다.
