A method of treating hematological cancer is provided comprising administering an anticancer agent to a subject identified as having a increased migration of a subpopulation of lymphocytes from a malignant tumor following administration of an irreversible Btk inhibitor. Methods of identifying a subject to be treated and methods of analyzing cells migrated from hematologic malignancies following administration of an irreversible Btk inhibitor are also provided.비가역적 Btk 억제제의 투여 후 악성 종양으로부터 림프구의 하위집단의 증가된 이동을 갖는 대상체로서 확인된 대상체에게 항암제를 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 혈액암을 치료하는 방법이 제공된다. 치료될 대상체를 확인하는 방법, 및 비가역적 Btk 억제제의 투여 후 혈액 악성 종양으로부터 이동된 세포를 분석하는 방법도 제공된다.
