PURPOSE: A composition containing Camellia sinensis extract, Centella asiatica extract, and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) for preventing discoloration is provided to ensure high thermal or optical stability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing discoloration contains two or more selected from 0.5- 3.0 weight% of Camellia sinensis extract, 0.5-3.0 weight% of Centella asiatica extract, and 0.5-3.0 weight% of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) as an active ingredient. The composition further contains 2-10 weight% of cyclodextrin and 0.05-0.5 weight% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) based on total weight of the extract as an active ingredient.본 발명은 차나무 추출물, 센텔라 아시아티카 추출물 및 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 2개 이상을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 변색 방지 조성물을 개시한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 조성물을 포함하여 변색 방지 효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물을 개시한다.
