An user monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a transmitter configured to transmit a pulse signal through at least one antenna at different times and a biosignal measuring device comprising a receiver for receiving and restoring the pulse signal that has passed through a subject through at least one antenna and a processing unit for processing the pulse signal to analyze at least one of a bandwidth, a center frequency or an amplitude of the pulse signal and for measuring a biosignal of the subject on the basis of a result of analysis.
