Specifically, provided are: a protein having cedar pollen immunogenicity containing an amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ ID NO: 1 or an amino acid sequence having a mutant in the amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ IN NO: 1； a polynucleotide which codes for said protein； a vector containing said polynucleotide； a transformant containing said polynucleotide or said vector； and uses for said protein, polynucleotide, and transformant.
