The present invention relates to a portable water bottle and, more specifically, relates to a portable water bottle having a sunlight collection plate and an ultraviolet lamp capable of being driven by a storage battery or the like； thereby sterilizing and disinfecting water stored during an outdoor activity. The portable water bottle in accordance to the present invention as stated above having a hollow water storage unit wherein an upper surface is opened and a stopper unit coupled to an upper surface of the water storage unit comprises: a water detection sensor to detect water stored in the water storage unit； an ultraviolet lamp to irradiate ultraviolet light on the water storage unit, operated in case water is detected by the water detection sensor； a control unit to make an interpretation of detection information of the water detection sensor, and to control operation of the ultraviolet lamp； a storage battery supplying power to the water detection sensor, the ultraviolet lamp, and the control unit； and a light collection plate coupled to an upper surface of the stopper unit generating power to charge the storage battery by collecting sunlight.본 발명은 휴대용 물병에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 태양광 집광판 및 축전지 등에 의해 구동 가능한 자외선 램프를 구비함으로써, 이를 통해 야외 활동 중에도 보관중인 물에 대한 살균 및 소독 등이 가능하도록 이루어진 휴대용 물병에 관한 것이다.상기와 같은 본 발명의 휴대용 물병은, 상면이 개구(開口)된 중공(中空)형의 물 저장부 및 상기 물 저장부의 상면에 결합되는 마개부를 구비하는 휴대용 물병에 있어서, 상기 물 저장부에 저장되는 물을 감지하기 위한 물 감지 센서； 상기 물 감지 센서에 의해 물이 감지되는 경우 작동되며, 상기 물 저장부에 자외선을 조사(照射)하기 위한 자외선 램프； 상기 물 감지 센서의 감지 정보를 해석하고, 상기 자외선 램프의 구동을 제어하기 위한 제어부； 상기 물 감지 센서, 자외선 램프 및 제어부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 축전지； 및 상기 마개부의 상부면에 결합되며, 태양광의 집광을 통해 상기 축전지의 충전을 위한 전원을 발생시키는 집광판；을 포함한다.
