PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line-of-sight measurement apparatus capable of calculating six variances of watching points with a watchers position and posture relative to a watching plane taken into account, and three-dimensionally measuring a Gaussian distribution of the watching regions and watching points on the watching plane based on the calculation results.SOLUTION: A line-of-sight measurement apparatus comprises: means which is attached to the head of a watcher to capture an image of one or more AR markers placed on one watching plane 6 means for measuring the position and posture of the watcher relative to the watching plane 6, on the basis of the data captured by the means for capturing the image of the markers means for calculating the coordinate system of the watching plane 6 viewed from the watcher and means for determining six variances of the watcher on the watching plane 6 on the basis of the coordinate system and for three-dimensionally measuring a Gaussian distribution of the watching regions and watching points on the watching plane 6 based on the calculation results.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】注視面に対する注視者の位置と姿勢を考慮した注視点の6自由度を算出し、それをもとに注視面上の注視領域と注視点のガウス分布を三次元的に計測することができる視線計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】一つまたは複数のARマーカーを注視面6に配置し、それらのARマーカーを注視者の頭部に装着したシーンカメラで認識し、注視面6に対する注視者の位置と姿勢を計測して注視者からみた注視面6の座標系を算出する。この座標系を利用して、注視面6上の注視者の注視点の6自由度を算出し、それをもとに注視面6上の注視領域と注視点のガウス分布を三次元的に計測する。【選択図】図9
