PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject information acquisition device that is capable of reducing image deterioration due to an influence of a reflected wave even if the reflected wave is detected.SOLUTION: A subject information acquisition device to be used comprises: a probe for converting an acoustic wave to be generated from a subject exposed to light into a detection signal and a signal processing part for generating information on the inside of the subject from the detection signal.
