The invention relates to novel compounds derived from amino acids of formula (I)and also to cosmetic or dermatological compositions containing them and to their use as agents for treating human perspiration in a cosmetic composition. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for treating perspiration and possibly the body odour associated with human perspiration, especially underarm odour.
