PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azilsartan-containing molded tablet, which is excellent in stability over time, and a process for producing the same.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a process for producing an azilsartan-containing molded tablet comprises the step of adding water or water-containing organic solvent, in which a binder is dissolved, to a mixture of azilsartan and saccharides, and kneading them to obtain a wet powder and compression-molding the wet powder.
