The multi-valent immunogenic composition comprising a conjugate of a carrier protein and the capsular polysaccharide or oligosaccharide of H. influenza type B in an amount of 1 to 5 ug, wherein said composition additionally comprises 2 or more further bacterial polysaccharides or oligosaccharides capable of conferring protection to a host against infection by the bacteria from which they are derived, and wherein nor the H. influenza type B capsular polysaccharide conjugate nor any of 2 or more further bacterial polysaccharides or oligosaccharides is not adjuvanted.
