PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping-off cosmetic having a high keratin removal effect and no problem in safety such as irritation.SOLUTION: There is provided a wiping-off cosmetic obtained by using a component (A): one or more selected from extracts of plants of the genus Symphytum, a component (B): one or more selected from an extract of Coptis japonica and a gardenia extract and a component (C): one or more selected from a copper salt, a copper complex and a copper complex salt in combination. Examples of the copper salt, the copper complex and the copper complex salt include one or more selected from copper gluconate, PCA copper, copper chlorophyll and its salt and copper chlorophyllin and its salt.
