FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery. Device for mutual spatial orientation of osteofixers and for controlling the depth of immersion of the osteofixers contains a detachable body. Body consists of two identical plates, made in form of a semicircle, and abutment connected to each other so as to allow the plates to rotate with respect to each other, and then fix on the support. Through guide channel for introduction of osteofixers on each plate is perpendicular to the base on one side of site of their connection. Goniometric scale for determining angle between osteofixers introduced is located on the contacting surfaces of the plates. Convex side of each plate is provided with a protruding element with a millimeter scale applied to control the depth of immersion of the osteofixer located coaxially through the guide channel. Stop is made in the form of rigidly connected with each other at angle of 90° horizontally and vertically placed elements. Vertically disposed member is formed with a groove to allow plates to move along the groove of the vertically placed stop member.EFFECT: invention provides control over depth of immersion of osteofixers on the whole thickness of the bone and simplifies the choice of the optimal angle of mutual spatial orientation when they are introduced and the most stable fixation of the fragments of the lower jaw with closed extra-osseous osteosynthesis.1 cl, 5 dwgИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к челюстно-лицевой хирургии.
