PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow needle-like body having an interior filled with a lyophilized medicament (a medical solution) without any impurities entering inside the needle-like body.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hollow needle-like body includes steps of: manufacturing a structure of a hollow needle-like body 14 including a needle-like body 12 on one surface of a base plate 13, and a through-hole 11 penetrating through both of the needle-like part 12 and the base plate 13； bringing the needle-like part 12 of the hollow needle-like body 14 into contact with a liquid surface of a medicament 20； sucking the through-hole from a surface of the base plate opposite to a needle-like body forming surface of the hollow needle-like body 14 to fill the through-hole 11 with the medicament 20； and lyophilizing the medicament that fills the through-hole 11.【課題】針状体の内部に夾雑物が入り込むことがなく、内部に凍結乾燥された薬剤（薬液）が充填された中空型針状体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基板１３の一方の面に針状部１２を備え、該針状部１２と基板１３とをともに貫通する貫通孔１１を備える中空型針状体１４の構造体を作製する工程と、中空型針状体１４の針状部１２を薬剤２０の液面に接触させる工程と、中空型針状体１４の針状部形成面と反対側の基板の面から貫通孔に対し吸引を行い貫通孔１１に薬剤２０を充填する工程と、貫通孔１１に充填された薬剤を凍結乾燥する工程とを備える。【選択図】 図１
