PURPOSE: A method for enhancing sensitivity of cancer cells on radiation or compound is provided to enhance sensitivity of cancer cells and to promoter cancer cell apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer adjuvant contains an agent of suppressing expression or activation of trangelin 2 protein having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The agent of suppressing trangelin 2 protein is an antisense nucleotide of trangelin 2 gene or small interfering RNA. The cancer cells are lung cancer cells. The anti-cancer adjuvant enhances sensitivity of cancer cells on a compound or radiation. The compound is cisplatin, methyl methane-sulfonate(MMS), or hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2).본 발명은 transgelin 2 유전자 발현을 억제하여 암세포의 화합물 또는 방사선에 대한 민감도를 증진하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 저산소 환경의 폐암세포에서 과발현되는 transgelin 2 단백질은 Akt 단백질의 인산화를 활성화시켜 방사선 또는 항암제 등의 스트레스에 대한 저항성을 증가시키므로 상기 transgelin 2 유전자의 발현을 억제함으로써 방사선 또는 항암제 등의 스트레스에 대한 암세포의 민감도를 증진시켜 세포사멸을 촉진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 transgelin 2 유전자 발현 억제제를 함유하는 항암보조제는 암세포, 특히 폐암세포의 성장을 억제하고 다양한 스트레스에 대한 민감도를 증진시켜 세포사멸을 극대화하므로 방사선요법 또는 화학요법과 병행하여 사용할 경우, 항암치료에 있어서 매우 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
