The present invention relates to a photographing apparatus for acquisition of standard image data for diagnosis of severity of an inflammatory skin disease and, more specifically, to a photographing apparatus for acquisition of standard image data for diagnosis of severity of an inflammatory skin disease which can efficiently photograph an image for diagnosis of an inflammatory skin disease such as an atopy skin disease and process the image into standardized image data to provide the standardized image data.
