PURPOSE: A horizontal controlling apparatus for plastic greenhouse transfer rails is provided to secure the smooth movement of a transfer port which is transferred along the transfer rails by preventing the sagging of long transfer rails which is installed along the length direction of a plastic greenhouse.CONSTITUTION: A horizontal controlling apparatus for a plastic greenhouse comprises: a lock device(30) in which a long vertical hole(31) is formed in the length direction and a supporting device(40) with a support stand(41) which penetrates the long vertical hole and is exposed, supporting the transfer rails in the lower side which is combined to one side. The lock device and the support device are installed in a constant gap along the transfer rails. After the height of the supporting device is controlled to adjust the horizontal status of the transfer rails, a fastening tool(50) passes through and fastens the long vertical hole and the supporting device, and a wire is placed in the upper part of the support stand in order to prevent sagging.
