An analyzing system and method for living organism is disclosed, which utilizes a testing device at the client side to scan a living organism, and then sends the scanning result to a sever through a network. The server analyzes the scanning result and generates as analyzing report and a fee information, and then sends the analyzing report back to the user of the client side for reviewing, and also charges the user according to the fee information.
