[Problem] To provide a polyether-modified silicone composition, which can be supplied in large quantities at low cost, is highly safe and environmentally friendly, and is excellent in terms of mixing stability, handleability, and quality such as storage stability as a whole composition including a dispersion medium, and which is useful for applications such as surfactants and foam stabilizers, and to also provide uses of said polyether-modified silicone composition, and a method for producing said polyether-modified silicone composition. [Solution] A polyether-modified silicone composition comprising (A) a polyether-modified silicone, and (B) an organic monol compound selected from (B1) a glycol ether compound in which a C2-8 alkyl group is substituted for the hydrogen atom at one terminal and there is a secondary alcoholic hydroxy group at another terminal and in which the number of repetitions of a C2-4 oxyalkylene unit is in the range of 2-3, and (B2) a tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether, wherein the isopropyl alcohol content does not exceed 1 mass% with respect to the whole composition.
