The present invention relates to a patch-type drug injector automatically injecting a drug to a patient, which embeds a drug pocket (16), a pump (19), and a control circuit in a case (1) directly attached and fixed on the skin of a patient, and includes a hole for connecting an injecting tool (9) connecting an extra hypodermic needle or intravenous injection catheter on the bottom of the case (1).
