The device comprises a body (1) forming a reservoir which is closed by a plug (2). The body is extended by appendages (3) which serve as supporting legs. The plug for closing the liquid reservoir is soluble in the liquid. The dissolving of the plug allows the release of the spraying liquid which supplies the plants at a later time after placing the device.
