A medical system includes a first storage that stores image information on an image that is obtained by an imaging device capturing an image of a reference subject, on which image processing is performed by an old image processing device, and that is input to a display device, a second storage that stores image information on an image that is obtained by the imaging device capturing an image of the reference subject, on which image processing is performed by a new image processing device, and that is input to the display device, a comparison unit that compares the image information stored in the first storage with the image information stored in the second storage, and a setting changing unit that changes an image processing setting of the new image processing device on the basis of a result of the comparison performed by the comparison unit, such that the image information stored in the second storage is identical or substantially identical to the image information stored in the first storage.
