According to the present invention, in an apparatus having a hot wind generation means generating heat, a blower supplying a hot wind generated by the hot wind generation means, a drying space in which a drying box containing the material to be dried is stacked in a layered shape, and a blowing pipe for circulating the hot wind generated by the hot wind generation means through the drying space by the blower, such that the material to be dried is dried, the apparatus comprises: the drying box having a plurality of through-holes formed on the bottom surface to contain the material to be dried； a first lifting/lowering plate horizontally installed under the drying box； a plurality of lifting/lowering rods projected out from the upper surface of the first lifting/lowering plate to be installed in the drying space of the drying box to be able to appear and disappear through the through-hole formed in the drying box； and a first lifting/lowering means lifting/lowering the lifting/lowering plate to make the first lifting/lowering rod appeared and disappeared in a loading space of the drying box.
