Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wundauflagematerial mit einem biokompatiblen Monofilamentgewebe, welches eine Auflageseite auf eine Wunde bildet und als eine Trägerschicht ausgebildet ist, auf welcher ein Deckelement aufgebracht und dieses zumindest bereichsweise fest mit der Trägerschicht verbunden ist.
