A wrist guard according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a first compression member having a first compression pad mounted on one side of the inner surface, in order to be worn on a wrist and to protect the wrist, such that one of the radius part and the ulna part of the wrist can be compressed toward the center of the wrist； a second compression member having a second compression pad mounted on one side of the inner surface and positioned to face the first compression pad such that the other one of the radius part and the ulna part of the wrist can be compressed toward the center of the wrist； a connecting member having both ends rotatably coupled to one ends of the first and second compression members, respectively, so as to connect the first and second compression members； and a coupling body, the other end of the first compression member being rotatably coupled to one side of the coupling body, and the other end of the second compression member being coupled to or separated from the other side of the coupling body the user's manipulation. The coupling body may be configured such that the compression load on the radius part and the ulna part from the first and second compression members is adjusted, and such that the coupling state of the second compression member is adjusted by the user's manipulation.
