PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified water manufacturing device and a hot water disinfection method for a nanofiltratioin membrane, which suppress the increase of energy consumption during the hot water disinfection of a nanofiltration membrane module, and to provide a reverse osmosis membrane module.
SOLUTION: The medical purified water manufacturing device comprises the nanofiltration membrane module 61 for softening raw water by the nanofiltration membrane using polyamide as a material a purified water tank 13 a hot water supply line 78 a hot water supply line 77 a condensed water discharge line 44 a hot water discharge line 92 a heater 17 and a control part 16 for individually controlling each of the opening/closing states of the hot water supply line 78, the hot water supply line 77, the condensed water discharge line 44 and the hot water discharge line 92.
