PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tremella fuciformis polysaccharides for protecting retinal cells and a method for producing the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides.SOLUTION: Regarding a method for producing tremella fuciformis polysaccharides, natural and nontoxic tremella fuciformis polysaccharides can be obtained without using chemical agents in a process of producing the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides. Further, upon measurement of the tremella fuciformis polysaccharides, it is proved that antioxidative components such as total phenol and flavonoid are included therein. Thereby, a protective action can be exhibited to retinal cells.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】網膜細胞保護用の銀耳多糖類及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る製造方法は、銀耳多糖類を製造する過程において化学薬剤を用いることなく、天然で無毒な銀耳多糖類が得られる。また、本発明に係る銀耳多糖類を測定したところ、その中には、全フェノールやフラボノイド等の抗酸化成分が含まれていることが判明した。これにより、網膜細胞に対して保護作用を奏することができる。【選択図】図1
