The present invention relates to an improved insect monitoring trap device for insect monitoring having a transport unit. The present invention is directed to an insect monitoring trap device which lures to trap insects, and comprises a track frame and a trap moving cart. The track frame includes: a track installation frame which is a rectangular long frame with an opened upper portion, as seen from the cross section, and which is inserted into the ground such that upper left and right ends thereof are on the same plane as the ground, thereby forming left and right wings and a single rail track which has a cross section of a &Prime藥?Prime shape, and which is fixed and installed inside the track installation frame by using a shock and noise absorbing mortar. The trap moving cart includes: a fixing part which is formed on an upper surface thereof and which mounts and fixes the insect monitoring trap by a known fixing unit front and rear flange guiding wheels which are respectively formed at the front and rear of an upper portion thereof, which have track recess portions mounted on the single rail track of the track frame, and which are rotated and moved by a driving motor an obstacle sensor which is formed at the front in a progress direction and which senses and informs an obstacle a controller which controls the driving motor so as to allow the trap moving cart to move on the single rail track by a predetermined distance after a predetermined period of time and a battery for supplying power the driving motor.
