PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device by which insufficient or excessive thread fastening hardly occurs when plungers are mounted on syringes.SOLUTION: The mounting device 1 mounts plungers 82 having second screw parts on syringes 81 having first screw parts. The mounting device 1 includes: a conveying means 10 which conveys the syringes 81 and the plungers 82 a rotating part 41 which is rotary driven by a driving motor 42, imparts rotative force to a syringe 81 and a plungers 82 for their relative rotation and threadably engages and tightens the first screw part and the second screw part and a controller 50 which is connected with the driving motor 42. In a process of primary tightening, the first screw part and the second screw part are tightened to an intermediate position. After that, in a process of secondary tightening, tightening of the first screw part and the second screw part is started again, the peak value of feedback torque is detected by the controller 50 and tightening of the first screw part and the second screw part is completed with reference to the peak value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】シリンジにプランジャを装着するにあたり、締め付け不足や締め付け過ぎを生じさせ難い装着装置を提供する。【解決手段】装着装置1は、第1ネジ部を有するシリンジ81に、第2ネジ部を有するプランジャ82を装着する。装着装置1は、シリンジ81とプランジャ82を搬送する搬送手段10と、駆動モータ42により駆動回転され、シリンジ81とプランジャ82を相対回転させる回転力を付与して、第1ネジ部と第2ネジ部とを螺合させて締め付ける回転部41と、駆動モータ42に連結される制御部50と、を備える。一次締め付けにおいて、第1ネジ部と第2ネジ部とが途中位置まで締め付けられたのち、二次締め付けにおいて、第1ネジ部と第2ネジ部との締め付けが再開されるとともに、制御部50により、帰還トルクのピーク値が検出され、ピーク値を基準にして第1ネジ部と第2ネジ部との締め付けが完了される。【選択図】図1
