The present invention provides an optical signal measuring module with a slim thickness, and an optical signal detecting device including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the optical signal measuring module comprises: an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) including an active surface and an inactive surface opposite to the active surface a light emitting part located on the inactive surface and a light receiving part located on the inactive surface, and separated from the light emitting part. The ASIC includes a plurality of holes which are formed on positions corresponding to the light receiving part and the light emitting part and pass through the active surface and the inactive surface. A conductive material is located inside the hole, and the light receiving part is connected to an input terminal of the ASIC.실시예에 따른 광 신호 측정 모듈은, 활성면 및 상기 활성면과 반대되는 비활성면을 포함하는 주문형 집적 회로(ASIC) 상기 비활성면 상에 배치되는 발광부 및 상기 비활성면 상에 배치되고 상기 발광부와 이격하여 배치되는 수광부를 포함하고, 상기 주문형 집적 회로는 상기 수광부 및 상기 발광부와 대응되는 위치에 형성되고, 상기 활성면 및 상기 비활성면을 관통하는 복수 개의 홀들을 포함하고, 상기 홀 내부에는 전도성 물질이 배치되고, 상기 수광부는 상기 주문형 집적 회로의 입력 단자와 연결된다.
