The present invention relates to a bubble removal device, generated during a process for collecting raw milk, and a milk collection system. More specifically, the bubble removal device comprises: a main body which has an inner space in a cylindrical shape in which raw milk is inserted and has a discharge unit arranged on a lower portion； a bubble removal unit which is arranged in a center in the main body, is connected to the discharge unit, is installed to penetrate an upper end portion of the main body, and discharges bubbles, included in the raw milk, to the outside of the main body； an insertion unit which penetrates one side of the main body, is arranged in the main body, and receives the injection of raw milk in the inner space while the raw milk is coming in contact with the inner space； a bubble reduction unit, which is arranged under the insertion unit, has a plurality of blades installed on the circumference of the bubble removal unit, and reduces bubbles generated when the raw milk, inserted in the main body, falls and collides； and a guide unit which is arranged under the bubble reduction unit, is installed on the circumference of the bubble removal unit, and guides the raw milk, having passed through the bubble reduction unit, to an inner wall of the circumference of the main body. When the raw milk is inserted into the inner space, the milk contacts the inner space. Consequently, the raw milk is prevented from colliding with the main body, and the main body is prevented from being shaken. Accordingly, bubble-forming is minimized when the raw milk is collected.
