PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage unit, while being small, capable of ensuring a sufficient advance amount of a massage mechanism and adjusting intensity effectively.SOLUTION: A massage unit 8 comprises: a body frame 30 a massage mechanism 31 having a treatment element 34 a support frame 32 for supporting the massage mechanism 31 an advance/retract drive part 15 for advancing and retracting the massage mechanism 31 with respect to a treated part and a link 33 connecting the body frame 30 and the support frame 32, and swinging in a back-and-forth direction.
