A mounting member (102) rotates together with the puncture needle holder (113) with a boss (503) guided by a slit (501) through being pressed by the puncture needle cartridge (101) in a direction of mounting in a case (104), and is mounted in the case (104). The protective cap (112), formed integrally with the lancet body (110), is prevented from rotating by being grasped and is separated from the lancet body (110) with the rotation of the mounting member (102).
