PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for crop-planting which can prevent that a soil-covering material is together lifted in a state adhered to a push-out rod, when the push-out rod is lifted. SOLUTION: Provided is a mechanism 100 for crop-planting including planting holders 40 each having an opening upper end portion 40A and a lower end portion 40B for discharging, a circulation mechanism 200 for circulating the planting holders 40, a push-out rod 6 for downward pushing out the crop G, and an upward or downward movement mechanism 500 for upward or downward moving the push-out rod 6.
