PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistive device for replacing an indwelling catheter capable of reducing a load applied on a fistula when replacing the indwelling catheter.SOLUTION: The assistive device for replacing the indwelling catheter includes: an outer casing 1 to be inserted into the fistula A an inner casing 2 to be inserted into the outer casing 1 and a hollow grip 3 attachably/detachably communicated with the inner casing 2. When removing the indwelling catheter X, an operator inserts the distal end of a tube body Z into the outer casing 1, the inner casing 2 and the grip 3, inserts the outer casing 1 and the inner casing 2 into the fistula A with the tube body Z used as a guide, pulls the tube body Z with the hand holding the grip 3, deforms a bumper Y via the outer casing 1 and the inner casing 2 to store it in the grip 3, and takes out the inner casing 2 from the grip 3 so as to remove the indwelling catheter X.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】留置カテーテルの交換時における瘻孔への負荷を軽減することができる留置カテーテル交換補助具を提供する。【解決手段】留置カテーテル交換補助具は、瘻孔Aに挿入される外筒1と、外筒1内に挿入される内筒2と、内筒2に着脱自在に連通する中空のグリップ部3とを備える。そして、留置カテーテルXを抜去する際に、術者がチューブ本体Zの基端部を外筒1、内筒2およびグリップ部3に挿通し、チューブ本体Zをガイドとして外筒1および内筒2を瘻孔A内に挿入し、グリップ部3を保持してチューブ本体Zを引っ張ることにより、外筒1および内筒2を介してバンパーYを変形させてグリップ部3内に収納し、グリップ部3を内筒2から取り外すことにより、留置カテーテルXを抜去可能に構成される。【選択図】 図1
