The frame is configured to maintain a shape of the pelvic organ support apparatus. The shape comprise a topography that complements vertical dimensions of external female genital organs, and a perimeter contoured to a perimeter of external female genital organs. A top of the pelvic organ support apparatus is configured for placement in physical contact with external female genital organs. The frame and filling are configured to support a pelvic floor of a female.
