PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a blower device with a discharge device capable of introducing active ingredients into an air flow passage more efficiently.SOLUTION: A blower device 10 with a discharge device includes: an air blowing passage 260 having a blowout port 212 a discharge device 30 arranged outside of the air blowing passage 260 and an introduction pipe 50 in which one end 51 is connected to the discharge device 30 and the other end 52 is arranged in the air blowing passage 260. Also, in the blowout port 212, a plurality of opening parts 212a are formed in a front view of the blowout port 212, and on the other end 52 of the introduction pipe 50, an opening surface 50a is formed. Furthermore, the other end 52 side of the introduction pipe 50 is arranged along an airflow R1 in the air blowing passage 260, and the opening surface 50a is arranged in the vicinity on the upstream side of a partition wall 25.
