PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow ice energy-utilizing system which can spray water without relying on well water and without consuming a large quantity of electric power. SOLUTION: Removed snow or discharged snow is transported with trucks 2 or the like and accumulated on a snow accumulation field 1. Snow-melted water produced from the snow accumulated on the snow accumulation field 1 is collected in a snow-melted water tank 3 and then made to flow in an upper tank 4 through a communication pipe 6. When the level of the snow-melted water in the upper tank 4 reaches the opening of an overflow pipe 7, the snow-melted water flows in a lower tank 5 through the overflow pipe 7 and is stored. A water pump 11 is driven, and the snow-melted water is conveyed from the lower tank 5 to sprayers 9 and 10 through a water pipe 8, and sprayed on areas 12 and 13 to be sprayed.
