A continuous positive airway pressure ("CPAP") mask is provided. The CPAP mask includes a mask support that includes a cavity provided within the mask support. The CPAP mask further includes a mask cushion that is received within the cavity. The mask cushion and the mask support each include an opening. Air can pass from an air delivery tube through the openings and into the mask cushion. The mask cushion can be placed around a patients breathing orifice to deliver the air to the patient. The CPAP mask further includes a forehead support that is spaced apart form the mask support. A neck portion attaches the forehead support to the mask support. The neck portion is flexible and is molded to both the mask support and the forehead support. The flexible neck portion allows the mask support to move with respect to the forehead support.La présente invention concerne un masque de ventilation à pression positive continue (« CPAP »). Ledit masque CPAP comprend un support de masque à lintérieur duquel se trouve une cavité. Le masque CPAP comprend, en outre, une surface dappui confortable située à lintérieur de ladite cavité. La surface dappui confortable et le support de masque comportent chacun une ouverture. Lair en provenance dun tube darrivée dair passe à travers les ouvertures pour rejoindre la surface dappui confortable. La surface dappui confortable peut être placée autour de lorifice respiratoire du patient pour lui amener de lair. Le masque CPAP comprend également un support frontal situé à une certaine distance du support de masque. Une partie située au niveau du cou permet de fixer le support frontal au support de masque. La partie située au niveau du cou est flexible et est moulée à la fois sur le support de masque et le support frontal. Ladite partie flexible située au niveau du cou permet au support de masque de bouger par rapport au support frontal.
