The non-woven fabric surrounds the ultraviolet light source. A photo-catalyst is applied on the non-woven fabric. The reactive path is formed between the ultraviolet light source and the non-woven fabric. Polluted fluid flows along the reacting path to be purified based on photo-catalytic reaction. The ultraviolet light source is cylindrically shaped.
