FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: there are offered versions of antibodies specific to CD22 epitope located from amino acid 22 to amino acid 240 CD22. There are disclosed: a coding polynucleotide, an expression vector, a based host cell and a method of producing an antibody with the use of the cell. There are described versions of a method of CD22 detection on the basis of the antibodies. There are disclosed versions of the CD22 immunoconjugate and based pharmaceutical compositions for treating disturbed B-cell proliferation, and also versions of a method of treating with the use of the pharmaceutical composition. There is disclosed a method of B-cell proliferation inhibition on a basis the immunoconjugate. There are described versions of an engineered cystein-substituted antibody specific to CD22 with one or more free cysteines of thiol reactance within the range 0.6 to 1.0. There are disclosed versions of the "antibody-drug" conjugate, the immunoconjugate and pharmaceutical formulaitons for treating disturbed B-cell proliferation. There are also described a method for protein CD22 detection in a sample on the basis of the immunoconjugate, a method for B-cell detection and a method of treating a malignant tumour on the basis of the "antibody-drug" conjugate.
