The present invention relates to a mulching film and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a mulching film using wet strength papers made from virgin pulps and a natural mulching film manufactured thereby, which enables to reduce environmental pollution and save time and energy by manufacturing the natural mulching film by using natural coating liquid spread on the wet strength paper and surface thereof to make the film naturally decomposable in soil and producing no environmentally harmful substances when incinerating. The process of the manufacturing method comprises: an input step of inputting the wet strength paper made from virgin pulps； an applying step of applying the natural coating liquid on the surface of the wet strength paper input in the input step； a compression step of compressing the wet strength paper applied with the natural coating liquid on the surface； a drying step of drying the compressed wet strength paper； and a postprocessing step of cutting and packaging the dried wet strength paper.본 발명은 멀칭필름에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 천연펄프 습강지와 상기 습강지의 표면에 도포되는 천연코팅액으로 천연멀칭필름을 제조하여 토양에서 자연분해되거나 소각시 환경 유해물질이 발생하지않아 노동력 및 시간을 절약할 수 있으며 나아가 환경오염을 방지할 수 있는 천연펄프 습강지를 사용한 멀칭필름의 제조방법 및 그에 따른 천연멀칭필름에 관한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명이 제안하는 천연펄프 습강지를 사용한 멀칭필름의 제조방법 및 그에 따른 천연멀칭필름은 천연 펄프 습강지를 투입하는 투입단계；와 상기 투입단계에서 투입된 습강지의 표면에 천연코팅액을 도포하는 도포단계；와 상기 천연코팅액이 도포된 습강지를 압착시키는 압착단계；와 상기 압착된 습강지를 건조시키는 건조단계；와 상기 건조된 습강지를 재단하여 포장하는 후가공단계；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
