A groove part for separating the clip body from the frame is formed on the opposite side of the opening of the clip body. Accordingly, the elastic member can be coupled with the clip body to be detached, and the elastic member is hung on the attaching and detaching groove of the clip body by moving along the slope surface of the clip body while being rotated in a rotation type. Thus, a clip can be conveniently coupled with the frame, and vinyl wrapped over the frame can be easily and strongly fixed by elasticity of the clip body and elasticity of the elastic member.
