The present invention relates to a siRNA delivery complex comprising a siRNA for inhibiting the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6 (CEACAM6) and a low pH-induced transmembrane structure (pHPLIP). By using the siRNA delivery complex of the present invention, it is possible to effectively inhibit CEACAM6 in tumor cells of micro environment, thereby being able to be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for adenocarcinoma.본 발명은 CEACAM6(Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6) 발현 억제를 위한 siRNA 및 pHLIP(low pH-induced transmembrane structure)를 포함하는 siRNA 전달 복합체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 siRNA 전달 복합체를 이용하면 산성 미세환경의 종양세포에서 CEACAM6를 효과적으로 억제하므로 선암 치료제로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
