The processing circuitry is configured to: acquire at least one of optical image data and sound data as data related to a confirmation item corresponding to a disorder name of a subject or an examination type for an ultrasonic scan； associate the ultrasonic image data acquired by the ultrasonic scan with the data related to the confirmation item； and store the association in a memory.
