The present invention relates to an adaptor for a drug injector. More specifically, the adaptor for a drug injector comprises: a ring main body formed in the shape of a circle； a first extender extending upwardly from the ring main body and having a first release prevention bump formed at an end thereof； and a second extender extending upwardly from the ring main body, more particularly, from a location opposite to the first extender, and having a second release prevention bump formed at an end thereof, wherein the ring main body is formed of an elastic material.
