The wrist watch system includes at least one sensor configured to detect biometric data of a user； and a watch communicatively coupled to the at least one sensor and configured to removably couple to a wrist of the user. The watch includes an output device configured to display data from the at least one sensor and a communication device configured to transmit, to an external source, data received from the at least one sensor.
